Description: Two office buildings located in Chamberí neighbourhood and acquired in November 2023. The business plan consists of the simultaneous transformation of the two buildings into residential spaces. This joint intervention will result in 14 long-term homes and 28 coliving rooms, with common areas that will foster a sense of community and interaction. Works have begun during 4Q-2024, and the project is expected to obtain BREEAM sustainability certification. In addition to co-investing in this project, Elcano IM has been responsible for identifying these assets, coordinating the urban planning procedures and making an investment of nearly 15 million euros a reality together with our partners.
