Description: Two office buildings located in the heart of Chamberí, acquired in November 2023. The business plan consists of the simultaneous transformation of two buildings, resulting on the one hand, in a residential development of 14 homes, which are already being marketed, and, on the other hand, in a co-living building with 28 rooms and spacious common areas designed to promote a sense of community.
Construction works began in the fourth quarter of 2024, and both projects aim to achieve BREEAM sustainability certification. In addition to co-investing in the project, Elcano IM has been responsible for identifying these assets, coordinating the urban planning procedures and making an investment of nearly 15 million euros a reality together with our partners.
