Before joining Elcano IM, Alfonso worked for more than 5 years at Grupo Centenario, one of the main real estate groups in Peru, occupying different positions in commercial, innovation, business development and management control areas, focused on rental businesses. He also has experience working in a startup for 2 years.
Alfonso has a degree in Business Engineering from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru. In 2023 he completed an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, and then in September of the same year he joined Elcano IM as Investment Manager.
